Holy crime scene, Batman! A member of a real-life superhero movement (these are people who spend their evenings dressed up in capes and masks, fighting real villains on the streets of Vegas) is murdered in a dark alley. He’d just saved a homeless man from a beating but although it initially seems the gang then turned on him, the case is not quite as cut and dried as that.

These young vigilantes have altruistic motives but the CSIs are, not surprisingly, disapproving of their activities. “The game that you are playing is dangerous,” says Sara. Well that’s an obvious thing to say, Sara. One of them has just been killed.
