About this programme

2/2. Stephen Martin, chief executive of construction company the Clugston Group, goes undercover to join his front-line employees on the building sites in a bid to discover how best to run the organisation. He confronts the consequences of his business decisions and hears what the workforce thinks of the management. After two weeks, he will reveal his true identity and introduce major changes.
