About this programme

6/9. A 44-year-old mother of four who thinks she looks like a man because of her shape and height receives help from Gok Wan. At 5ft 10, and already a grandmother, she has lost all confidence and hides her body under maternity-style clothes. Plus, Gok and Shona visit a school in Guildford, Surrey, as they continue campaigning to get body confidence taught on the national curriculum.
