About this programme

7/21. Doggett and Skinner investigate the mass murder of a religious sect, all killed with an axe blow to the head, and find the head of the group is still missing. They discover the cult leader uses hallucinogenic drugs to grant him the power to psychically enter people's nightmares - and those he kills in their dreams die in reality.
