Architect George Clarke advises Andrea and Neil George, who have sold their Cardiff home and want to convert a bungalow, set in eight acres of land in rural south Wales, into a two-storey family home. However, with a baby due in six months, the couple need to act quickly if they are to have any chance of completing it in time.
