Richard Keeble and Jane Kennard have spent £100,000 on structural repairs and earmarked the same sum for the interior. First-time property developer Jane has decided to manage the entire build herself, but her ambitious schedule looks increasingly difficult to meet due to budgeting problems and a team of missing builders.
