About this programme

13/13. Tony Robinson and the team take part in a dig at the site of three historic jails buried under a police station car park in the old market town of Appleby, Cumbria. While hunting for the cells, the archaeologists find evidence of a renowned 18th-century escape and the infamous hanging room.
