11/13. Two nurses visit London's Chinatown with Ching-He Huang to explore the wide variety of rice available on the market. Later, she teaches them to prepare a Taiwanese chicken and rice dish, along with ginger, chilli and soy-steamed cod with special egg-fried rice, before challenging them to reproduce the recipes she has demonstrated.
