About this programme

Following 17-year-old Kianna and 16-year-old Katrina, who are both determined to have breast enlargement surgery. Along with their families, they embark on a journey of self-discovery to help inform their decision, meeting a surgeon to discuss the procedure, spending time with glamour models and finding out what members of a rugby team think about fake breasts.
