10/13. Ching-He Huang meets two estate agents from Bridlington. East Yorkshire, taking them to visit London's Chinatown to search for the oriental store-cupboard staples groundnut oil and sesame oil. She then teaches them how to prepare Sichuan-style sweet-and-sour prawns and three-cup chicken, before challenging them to repeat her recipes.
