About this programme
9/13. Ching-He Huang takes two taxi drivers to London's Chinatown, where she demonstrates the wide variety of chilli-based products available on the market. She then teaches them how to cook tiger prawns with shiitake mushrooms and rice wine, and a Chinese take on fish and chips.
