About this programme

4/32. In the last of this week's heats, the amateur cooks invent a dish from scratch, work at the Waterloo Brasserie and try to impress John Torode and Gregg Wallace with a two-course meal. The winner will then join the other quarter-finalists and design three dishes in a bid to prove they have the knowledge and passion to make it through to the semi-finals.
