About this programme

Susan was born in Wales, but has lived in Lancashire for 35 years and hasn't brought a house in far longer. That means her knowledge of the current housing market is limited, but her expectations of what her budget can buy are sky high. It's up to Seetha Hallett to manage this and find Susan her country cottage complete with sea view.
