West Wing connections - Radio Times, 26 July 2007 |
 |
|
|
Friends' Matthew Perry is the first name
on the credits on Studio 60 on the Sunset
Strip, but it's Washington
DC rather than New York connections that
dominate here.
The drama was created by
Aaron Sorkin, who was also responsible for
The West Wing, co-stars Bradley Whitford, and features several other
West Wing veterans. Perry's appearances
in the White House drama as a Republican
lawyer earned him an Emmy nomination -
he's the first former Friends star to achieve
critical acclaim for his acting credentials.
