Dean Lennox Kelly has become a cult
figure since he began playing Kev
in Shameless, partly thanks to
the appeal of his chest hair. "It's a seriously
hairy chest, but I was a bit taken aback myself
when I saw it on film," he says. "My girlfriend
calls it the Forest of Dean!"
Despite that, he
hasn't eclipsed his actor brother Craig (Vince
in Queer as Folk). "He's more leading man -
blue eyes, pretty." Not that they come from
a theatrical family. "My dad's from Liverpool,
mum's from Glasgow - it's the Scottish-Scouse
connection," says Kelly. "It's in the genes."
