Watch out for Chris Coghill, making his debut as Craig in tonight's instalment of Shameless. He made such an impact that the producers extended his role. "I auditioned for a character in just one episode," says Coghill. "Then I think they amalgamated two characters into one, so now I'm in four episodes."
It makes a change for the award-winning star of BBC3's Burn It to get a break. "The first series of Burn It got a late-night run on BBC1, but it was interrupted by the war in Iraq, and the second series didn't get a repeat showing," he tells us.
