Could the dynamics within the diagnostic team that work with Hugh Laurie's character in House be about to change? Last season, Aussie doctor Chase (former Neighbours star Jesse Spencer) had a close encounter with his co-worker Cameron (Jennifer Morrison). Well, they've got over it, but the actors didn't. They met while filming the pilot episode of House in 2004 and started dating. Earlier this year it was confirmed that the couple are set to marry - Spencer proposed to his co-star in Paris at the Eiffel Tower. Aaaah.
