What a fabulous opportunity for the crew and
cast of Doctor Who to decamp
to New York for [Evolution of the Daleks]. Except it
wasn't quite like that.
"We did a small shoot in
New York," says producer Phil Collinson.
"We went with a really small crew to take
some specific shots from the Empire State
Building and Central Park."
With the magic
of computer technology, those shots are
transformed into the backdrop for the latest
two-part duel between the Doctor and the
Daleks.
