Michael C Hall on Dexter - Radio Times, 15 July 2007 |
 |
|
|
"Death Wish for the Tarantino generation"
is one description of Dexter, a
US series about a police forensics expert who's
also a serial killer - but only of bad guys. He's
played by Michael C Hall - last seen as
gay undertaker David Fisher in Six Feet Under
- who maintains hope for Dexter.
"He claims
to be without fundamental human traits,"
says Hall. "He imagines he's faking every
human interaction, yet there's an innocence
about Dexter that's potentially funny and
endearing. I like the guy. I think we'll see him
come to an awareness of his own humanity."
