Admit it, it was your very first thought yesterday when EastEnders revealed that Patsy Palmer was to return: will she say "Riiicckkkky!"?
Apparently, yes. Just one day after her announcement, the show has revealed that her screen partner Sid Owen is coming back to the Square as well. "I'm over the moon they've asked me to come back," he told press. "It'll be interesting to see what has been happening to Ricky and Bianca over the last few years."
Palmer says she "is really excited about rejoining the cast and working with old friends again".
But it is a turnaround for her. During her stint on Strictly Come Dancing in 2005, she told the Daily Express that she was happy people still remembered her as Bianca but: "I wouldn't go back to EastEnders. I just don't really believe in it any more. The stories are so unbelievable, it's ridiculous."
