Who'd live on the Jasmine Allen estate? As The Bill films not one but three explosions there, the cast and crew line up a shot. Notice the blue crash mat under Melanie Gutteridge (PC Emma Keane): it was removed for filming and she spent the day on that cold concrete instead.
