Compassionate but tough and pragmatic, Adam was an inspiring leader. The death of his wife destroyed his dreams of a stable home life and he threw himself into his work. Adam sacrificed himself when he drove a car bomb out of harm's way but failed to get out in time. (Image © Kudos)
