Who? Yes, it's true that this isn't really a Doctor Who cover, but it's an indication of how important the show had become: the original series would routinely get features yet the revival is big enough that it also gets cover headlines even when it doesn't get the cover.

Plus, by necessity, RT gets to know a lot about television drama plans, so given when the news of David Tennant becoming the Doctor was released, there was speculation that we'd been rascals and given you a nod and a wink. (Picture - Radio Times copyright)
