Below you'll find answers to the some of the most frequently asked questions about RadioTimes.com. If your query is not answered here please email radio.times@bbc.co.uk.
Q. How can I access listings for more channels?
A. Unregistered visitors to the Radio Times website are presented with 14 days' listings for a standard set of 40 national channels; however, registering with us allows you to access 400 channels and create your own personal channel line-up.
Q. Why do I have to register?
A. You don't have to register to use the Radio Times website but there are many benefits if you do.
Registering with us allows you to access not only many more national channels but also those particular to your area - for example, regional variations of BBC and ITV channels and local radio stations.
Q. What are the other benefits of registering?
A. As well as accessing listings for many more channels, registering will allow you to completely personalise your listings - you can choose to see listings for only the channels you watch in the order and format you prefer, and you can also compile a personal TV and radio diary.

Q. Once registered, how do I sort my TV and radio channels?
A. When you are logged in to the site, click on the Your details button in the top left of any page; beneath the main tabs at the top, you will then see options to Add/remove TV channels, Sort TV channels etc. Follow the instructions on the pages to customise your listings.
Q. Why are some of my channels missing from my listings?
A. Channels that are not on air 24 hours a day only appear in your listings grid in the hours that they broadcast. So if you are on the website mid-morning and viewing what's on TV now, channels such as BBC3, BBC4 and ITV4 are not included in your grid. Listings after 7:00pm include these channels, as they are on air broadcasting programmes at this time.
Q. Why does RadioTimes.com look different on my friend's computer?
A. The site may appear differently depending on the platform (PC/Mac), operating system (eg, Windows XP) or browser (eg Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari etc). If you are experiencing any problems, please contact us.
