BBC Film Festival
BBC Film Festival
Meet the film-makers, see the blockbusters and have a laugh with Danny Wallace - it's fantastic and it's free, so race to get your ticket to the BBC Film Festival in Glasgow.

On Sunday 9 September on Glasgow Green, you'll see the first-ever BBC Film Festival: celebrating the very best in movies and bringing you the stars from both sides of the camera. There'll be the newly restored print of Goldfinger, the Oscar-nominated Notes on a Scandal and a finale screening of Spider-Man 3.

Join Alan Yentob and Kirsty Wark interviewing Sir Ben Kingsley, Trainspotting's Ewen Bremner, Hideous Kinky director Gillies MacKinnon, Glasgow's Atta Yaqub - and Shirley Eaton, the gold-painted Bond girl in Goldfinger.

Throughout the day there's also an inside peek at the history of film and a chance to make your own film with the CBBC Me and My Movie Tent, BBC Blast - and Doctor Who.

Get your free tickets at bbc.co.uk/filmfestival or call 08709 020 777.
