Biggest transformation
As the week wore on, Karly, Dogface and Lisa were increasingly struck by what they saw as a change in Halfwit's personality: "He's actually been all right this week."
And on Tuesday, Kris's plan to make Halfwit look (more) ridiculous by shaving his head backfired. As Halfwit's locks fell away, so did the scales from Noirin's eyes (if only temporarily). "You're a good-looking guy," she giggled, as Halfwit complemented his shaven head and goatee with a leather jacket and aviator sunglasses to complete the gay biker look.
Halfwit's new haircut seems to have made him bolder as well as better looking. Witness his booming speechifying at Noirin (over what I will lazily dub "Rabbitgate"). It was like he'd just got back from an assertiveness training course. It seems Halfwit is the opposite of Samson - his baldness is the source of his power. Or maybe it's just the booze.
Biggest liar
Well, it's hard to say for sure. Siavash told Noirin that certain people had been calling her a rabbit (no, not because of that cute little twitchy thing she does with her nose, but because she supposedly hops from group to group like a slutty bunny). She in turn swore she wouldn't repeat what she'd been told - then promptly headed for the bedroom to open it up to the house for debate. "She's betrayed him. She's fed him to the wolves," said Marcus, melodramatically.
But Noirin hadn't actually revealed Siavash's name - he did that himself - and, one way or another, he did some fibbing of his own. "Hand on heart, I've not said anything behind Karly's back. I didn't mention any names." Meanwhile, no-one is owning up to those comments, so either Siavash is actually making it up - which would make him a horrendous liar - or someone else is lying. If I had to trust one pair out of Siavash and Halfwit or Kris and Karly it would be the former.
Biggest mind games
Whether Siavash is telling the truth or not, it's clear he and Marcus are trying to do a number on Noirin. With the other group far more consolidated, they're intent on making her so paranoid that she'll start questioning her relationships with other people in the house, and will feel the need to choose the hairy ones over the popular kids.
Of course, there's another simpler reason Marcus and Siavash keep pulling Noirin's pigtails like little schoolboys - they want her and they can't have her. Noirin's well aware of it, as she made clear earlier in the week: "I'm sick of people taking jabs at me 'cos they don't get their own way."
Best punishment
If you had to pick one person in the house who was not going to be able to stop talking for five minutes - let alone four hours - it would be Charlie. So it was a cruel joke by Big Brother as a punishment for discussing nominations. Dogface and Kris couldn't manage it either and now all three are up against nominees Halfwit and Marcus. With Halfwit seemingly invincible and Marcus sure to have a hardcore band of furry followers, there's a good chance one of the other fame-hungry housemates will go. And that would be the ultimate punishment.
What are you best bits from the last seven days in the house? And who do you think should go on Friday? Post a comment below and let us know.
