Celebrity Big Brother - days 6-8

So, Lucy was the first evictee from this year's Celebrity Big Brother house. A glamour girl is always going to face hostility from some quarters, but Lucy was far from the dumb brunette many expected and, judging her on her behaviour in the house, I thought she was all right. She could take a joke, wasn't afraid of confrontation (after all, she told Coolio to his face "you're the most irritating person I've ever met") and took being evicted with good grace.
Of course, the real reason Lucy was voted out is Ulrika. A lot of people want to keep her in long enough to see her snap. So they'll be pleased that she and Terry are heading for a showdown
Careless talk costs tokens and after BB punished Terry for discussing nominations, he came out and told Ulrika and the whole group what he'd said about her ("Ulrika thinks she's better than anyone else in here"). Not because he wanted to start a fight, just because he's honest - and because he'd hate us to think he's two-faced.
While Ulrika fumed, Tina was none too happy that Terry had lost a potential hot-water token. So what did she go and do? She discussed nominations. It amazes me that, after all this time, housemates - celebrity or otherwise - are still failing to grasp the rules on discussing nominations (to confirm: you're not allowed to do it).
As usual, though, Tina was in denial - nothing she does is ever wrong - but now the housemates only have one token and it's a toss-up as to who will erupt first, Ulrika or clean-freak Tina.
Meanwhile, Coolio was not amused when BB announced that the housemates would be re-creating the crotch-thrusting workout from dance video Call on Me. He reasoned - rather astutely, I thought - that dressing up in skin-tight lycra and gyrating his hips would not do a great deal to enhance his gangsta image.
On one hand, you could argue that Coolio should relax and get over himself (and, to be fair, he did finally get involved). On the other hand, you could give him credit for having the awareness lacking in certain former contestants. In CBB4 George Galloway put on a leotard and pretended to be a cat lapping milk from Rula Lenska's hands - and now he wonders why some people don't take him seriously as a politician.
Talking of politicians, is Tommy's need to define himself by T-shirt slogans starting to grate on anyone else? It's one thing wearing your heart on your sleeve, but wearing your political manifesto on your chest is a bit sad.
