Reality TV addicts, the wait is over. The line-up for the new series of I'm a Celebrity
Get Me Out of Here! (starts 16 November, ITV1) has been announced, and we can now unveil the contestants for this year's jungle-based antics:
Dani Behr
The TV presenter is probably best known for her work on Channel 4's 1990s post-pub bad-taste-fest The Word. She counts Myleene Klass, the mysterious "J" Brown and Duncan James among her celebrity supporters. Her big phobia is jumping out of a plane, but her special skills will include being a good listener and keeping the camp tidy. Dani says, "If I know food is at stake, I'm going to want to eat, even if it is kangaroo balls!"
Robert Kilroy-Silk
The copper-coloured politician and former chat-show host, 66, claims to have no phobias. His special skill is chopping wood, though. Robert says, "My wife would say I'm difficult. My daughter would say I'm difficult. My son would say I'm difficult. So I assume I'm difficult." A difficult man with an axe look out, celebs!
Nicola McLean
The 25-year-old glamour model and Wag can count on the celeb support of Peterborough United footballer fiancé Tom Williams (we should hope so!). She claims to be a good cook but is scared of heights, spiders, snakes, rats, moths and butterflies all the sorts of things likely to appear on I'm a Celebrity
Nicola says, "I am super competitive and I really don't mind admitting it, if you do something I'm going to do it better." Unless it involves heights, snakes, rats
Martina Navratilova
The nine-times Wimbledon ladies singles champion, 52, is afraid of heights, caves and spiders, but has the great hand-eye co-ordination you'd expect of a former tennis pro, and also tells a good joke. Her celebrity supporter is swimmer Mark Foster. Martina says, "Of course I'm competitive nobody goes on the court saying 'I want to lose'."
Brian Paddick
The former London Mayoral Candidate and ex-deputy assistant commissioner for London's Metropolitan Police Service has no phobias or celebrity supporters to speak of, but is a great cook. He says, "If there's somebody there who's having a really hard time
then I'm going to be the guy who puts their arm round them. And if they start crying then I'm likely to join in." Sweet.
Esther Rantzen, CBE
The 68-year-old TV presenter and charity campaigner has a whole host of star supporters - Anton du Beke, Simon Cowell, Bonnie Langford, Tom Conti, Lynsey de Paul and Andrew Lloyd Webber. Bet they could put on a decent musical between them. She has an equally long list of phobias, including heights, snakes, spiders, cold water, fairground rides (don't think there'll be too many of those in the jungle) and the loo (that must be rather inconvenient), but cites getting on with people as her special skill. Esther says, "I shall be bedraggled, I shall be without make-up, I shall be uncomfortable, but I think it'll be funny." We think it will too
Joe Swash
Former EastEnder Joe Swash, 26, boasts Kara Tointon (nope, me neither) as his celebrity supporter, lifting, carrying and playing practical jokes as his special skills, and lists rats and snakes as his phobias. Joe says, "I think that I'm quite aggravating when I'm bored I aggravate people for my own pleasure." Perfect I'm a Celebrity
material!
George Takei
The 71-year-old former Star Trek star is afraid of nothing in particular, is good at hiking and getting along with people and clearly had no other option but to say, "I'm willing to boldly go where I've never been before!" He'll soon have the opportunity to boldly go behind a tree with a handful of leaves
Simon Webbe
The 30-year-old former member of boy band Blue will be receiving support from showbiz chums Danny Dyer, Nicola Stapleton and Duncan James. His special skill is being a strong alpha male yet he says, "I'm afraid of everything, to be honest. I'm not ashamed to say it." Hmmm
Carly Zucker
Model, personal trainer and Wag Carly, 24, is the girlfriend of Chelsea and England footballer Joe Cole. She's good at both talking and listening, but scared of creepy-crawlies. Up-for-it Carly says, "I'm not your typical girlie girl
I'm a daredevil."
So what are your thoughts about the new contestants? Exciting, disappointing, unknown..? Post a comment below and let us know what you think. And check out our I'm a Celebrity

Why do people sign up who don't like whats going to happen or refuse to do them. If they refuse they should be made to pay their own fare home. Also put some one in we know, not wags.
