Proving that laughter is the best medicine, this energetic sitcom did for television what Airplane! did in cinemas, ie played fast and loose with the comedy rule book. For nine seasons between 2001 and 2010, it followed JD (Zach Braff) and other staff on their rounds of Sacred Heart teaching hospital.

Scrubs is an adrenaline-shot of often inspired visual gags and absurd daydreams, with JD's on/off romance with Elliot (Sarah Chalke) acting as the bandage that holds everything in place. Famous faces often drop by, and serious drama sometimes changes the tone - very effectively.
